Lucas, at Mallorca Concierge, looks after private villas for their owners and long stays, and arranges holiday villa rental for visitors who don't have one yet, through a hand-picked network of owners and rental partners across the island. One person coordinates everything, from Port d'Andratx and Deià to Pollença and Santanyí: housekeeping, maintenance, trusted suppliers and a smooth arrival.

You deal directly with the owner or their agent; my role is to match you to the right house and coordinate everything around the stay.

Villa management in Mallorca
Villa management is the day-to-day care of a private home, whether a main residence or a second home, so it runs without the owner having to think about it. On the island that usually means:
- Keyholding and regular inspections while the villa sits empty
- Housekeeping, laundry and full preparation before every arrival
- Pool, garden and technical maintenance through trusted local suppliers
- Inventory and condition checks between stays
- On-call response for anything urgent, in your language
- Guest liaison and check-in when friends, family or renters use the villa

Are you a letting agency or an estate agent?
No. For owners, I manage the villa itself: upkeep, staff and arrivals. For guests, I arrange holiday villa rental through a network of owners and rental partners built up over years on the island, and put you in direct contact with them. I don't act as the agent of record and I don't sell property.
Can you help me find a villa to rent in Mallorca?
Yes. Tell me your dates, party size, preferred area and budget, and I come back with options from trusted partners, then handle the introduction to the owner, the booking and check-in.
Which parts of Mallorca do you cover?
The whole island: around Andratx, Calvià and Palma on the southwest coast (Port d’Andratx, Camp de Mar, Bendinat, Son Vida, Puerto Portals), the Serra de Tramuntana villages (Deià, Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx), Pollença and Alcúdia in the north (Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç), and Santanyí and Felanitx in the southeast (Cala d’Or, Portopetro, Cala Figuera).
Is it just you, or a team?
One person is your single point of contact from start to finish. The work on the ground, from housekeeping to maintenance and gardening, is done by established local suppliers built up over years on the island.
