Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose These Terms govern the relationship between Lucas Lorilleux, trading as Mallorca Concierge (NIF Z0163383L, Palma de Mallorca, Spain), and any person using its services.
2. Intermediary role Mallorca Concierge acts as an intermediary and coordinator between the Client and independent third-party providers (drivers, boat charter companies, tutors, villa service providers, etc.). Each provider remains solely responsible for its own service.
3. Limitation of liability Mallorca Concierge shall not be liable for damages, delays or incidents arising from the action of a third-party provider. Its liability is limited to its coordination and advisory role.
4. Booking and payment Any booking is confirmed upon the Client's express agreement. Rates include, where applicable, the coordination fee.
5. Cancellation Terms depend on each third-party provider booked and will be communicated before confirmation.
6. Governing law Spanish law. Spanish courts, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.
