No. For owners, I manage the villa itself: upkeep, staff and arrivals. For guests, I arrange holiday villa rental through a network of owners and rental partners built up over years on the island, and put you in direct contact with them. I don't act as the agent of record and I don't sell property.

Yes. Tell me your dates, party size, preferred area and budget, and I come back with options from trusted partners, then handle the introduction to the owner, the booking and check-in.

The whole island: around Andratx, Calvià and Palma on the southwest coast (Port d’Andratx, Camp de Mar, Bendinat, Son Vida, Puerto Portals), the Serra de Tramuntana villages (Deià, Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx), Pollença and Alcúdia in the north (Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç), and Santanyí and Felanitx in the southeast (Cala d’Or, Portopetro, Cala Figuera).

One person is your single point of contact from start to finish. The work on the ground, from housekeeping to maintenance and gardening, is done by established local suppliers built up over years on the island.

It depends on where you are staying and what you want to do. Around Palma, Portals and Bendinat, distances are short. For a villa in the Tramuntana or the quiet southeast, or for spontaneous day trips across the island, a car makes it easier. Both self-drive and a private chauffeur are available, and most guests use a mix.

A driver meets your flight and handles the first evening while you settle in; the rental car is delivered to the villa a day or two later for the self-drive days. It is the most common setup.

Yes. The car is delivered to your villa or waiting at the airport, keys in hand, with insurance and paperwork done in advance. Collection works the same way at the end of the stay.

Yes. Tell me what each day looks like and I arrange the right mix, day by day if needed.

The old town is a restricted-traffic zone. For self-drive, use the car parks on the ring road and walk in; with a driver it is not something you deal with at all.

Yes. A driver meets your flight and takes you straight to the marina at Puerto Portals, Port d’Andratx or Palma’s Moll Vell, with the luggage handled and the timing set to your skipper. The return to the airport works the same way.

A driver waits at arrivals with a name board as you come through, having tracked your flight for any delay. Luggage is taken care of and you go straight to the car.

Executive saloons for two or three, SUVs for more luggage, vans for small groups, and coaches when the whole party travels together. Child seats are fitted on request, and repeat guests have their preferred vehicle kept on file.

Yes. Hire runs by the half day, the full day or across several days, for dinners, island tours, events, or simply having someone at the wheel while you are here.

Yes: the southwest around Palma, the Serra de Tramuntana, the north around Pollença and Alcúdia, and the east, plus every marina, Palma (PMI), its general aviation terminal and Son Bonet.

Yes. The driver and the skipper coordinate directly, and an arrival by jet or helicopter is met at the general aviation terminal and driven straight on.

Yes. The cars come with full insurance and the rental agreement is completed in advance, so there is nothing to sign on arrival. Any excess or deposit terms are confirmed before you book.

From a single day to the length of your stay. Periods are flexible, and if you decide to keep the car longer once you are here, a message is enough.

Yes. A private chauffeur is a separate service and can be arranged alongside the rental, for the airport run or an evening out, without changing the car booking.

No. Every jet and helicopter is flown by a licensed charter operator I work with. My role is to select the operator, book the flight on your behalf and coordinate the ground transport and timing at each end.

It depends on the aircraft size, the route and the dates. A short hop like Palma to Ibiza starts far lower than a light jet to London. Send your route, dates and passenger count and you get a firm quote from the operator, with empty-leg pricing when it is available.

A helicopter transfer on the island can often be set up within a day. A jet charter usually needs 24 to 72 hours depending on aircraft and slot availability, sometimes faster in the shoulder season.

Private jets use Palma Airport (PMI) and its dedicated General Aviation Terminal (Aviación General), the private terminal beside the main one. Helicopters and light aircraft use Son Bonet, a small aerodrome near Marratxí. Helicopters can also land close to many villas and marinas by prior arrangement.

Yes. A sightseeing flight over the Serra de Tramuntana, Palma Bay and the southern calas is booked the same way as a transfer, from 20 minutes upward.

Anything from a couple to a large party. A day boat or motor yacht suits a small group; an event catamaran takes a hundred or more. Tell me the numbers and the boat follows.

From a RIB or a day boat, to sailing yachts, motor yachts and event catamarans, up to larger charter yachts booked through vetted brokers. The boat is matched to your group and the kind of day you want.

From a half day of about four hours to a full day of seven or eight. Sunset cruises, and multi-day charters of several days up to a week or more on the larger yachts, are arranged the same way.

Normally the one closest to where you are staying: Port d’Andratx, Puerto Portals or Port Adriano on the southwest coast, Port de Pollença, Port d’Alcúdia or Cala d’Or in the north and east. A driver takes you there and meets you on the way back.

Yes. Catering and drinks, a private chef aboard, paddleboards, a jet ski or towed toys, and a photographer are all arranged on request.

A lifestyle concierge arranges the day-to-day extras of a stay: private chefs, wellness sessions, tastings, sport, workshops and days out. You have one contact who books it all with trusted local providers and coordinates the timing, rather than dealing with each one yourself.

Yes. Tennis, padel, swimming and golf coaching, craft workshops, bike outings and balloon flights all work for children, and sessions can be booked for the whole family together or one-to-one.

The whole island. Requests come in most often around Palma, Calvià and the southwest, the Serra de Tramuntana villages, the Binissalem wine country, and Pollença, Alcúdia and Artà in the north and east, but anywhere on the island works.

Yes. The list is a starting point. Tell me what you have in mind, a photographer, a sailing lesson, a birthday dinner, and I will put it together.

From a board of six to a company off-site of eighty or more. Smaller groups fit one finca or villa; larger ones use two or three properties nearby, or a hotel block with the events run around it. An event catamaran takes up to a hundred for a reception.

Either. Some clients hand over the full event: venue, catering, transfers, activities and on-site coordination. Others just want the venue and a chef, and run the rest themselves. You choose where the line is.

Private yoga and fitness sessions, a wine tasting in Binissalem, an olive-oil tasting at a family mill, a craft workshop with a local artisan, a day at sea by catamaran or yacht, a sunrise balloon flight, or a guided walk in the Serra de Tramuntana. Activities are matched to the group and the time of year.
