A trusted network, built over years on the island
I am Lucas, a French concierge based in Palma. After several years alongside international families on the island, I have built a network of trusted people, from yacht crews and chauffeurs to chefs and instructors, put to work for your stays and your second home in Mallorca.
How I work
Everything goes through one person. You message me, tell me the dates and what you have in mind, and it comes back as a plan, not a list of numbers. Costs are agreed up front and invoiced in one place. I am on the island year round, and I only introduce someone I would put my own family with.
What I coordinate
I work with travellers, international families and second-home owners who want one contact in Mallorca. The requests range from villa care and airport transfers to yacht charters, private aviation, chefs, restaurant bookings, wellness, shopping and corporate events.
My role is to understand the request, bring together the relevant local providers and remain the contact from the initial brief through the arranged service. Accommodation, transport, aviation, yacht and activity services are supplied by the selected partner operators, not directly by Mallorca Concierge.
Being based in Palma gives me a practical starting point for requests across Mallorca, including Palma, Calvià, Andratx, the Tramuntana area, Pollença, Alcúdia and the south-east. I work in French, English and Spanish. Availability, timing and each provider's conditions are checked for the individual request before any arrangement is confirmed.
